The faculty and staff of Bailey Library are very pleased to honor the library student employees who received recognition for their scholastic achievements at the 2006 Slippery Rock University Academic Honors Convocation on April 2, 2006. All of the students cited on this webpage have achieved academic distinction at SRU. They represent a diverse cross-section of our student body, but they are in no way "average" students. Besides earning academic honors at SRU, they all perform important jobs at Bailey Library. We would be hard-pressed to keep up the high standards of service for which the library is known without the contribution of our student employees. The library is privileged that so many of our students are among the most successful academically in the University.

We extend to our honored student employees our congratulations and our best wishes for continued success in their studies and in their chosen careers.
