How to Identify in Which Court to Look on Lexis-Nexis
Lexis Nexis has court cases from many different kinds of courts. If you find a citation to a court case in a book or another database but do not know in which type of court it was heard, find a citation below that has a similar format to the case you are trying to find. Then get into the appropriate court via Legal Research in Lexis-Nexis.
